If you want to play this game better you might want to get dejaclick a firefox plugin that will allow you to set up scripts for actions you want to perform often.
So say you want to use the sano strategy you start recording your action, then you click on hero then you select your hero sano, then you can add a go to quest section if you like.

Feed the goblin

Give the gift of giving, by giving gifts you help your allies even if they don't need the items they can feed them to the goblin.
If one hundred people give one hundred gifts per day then you should be able to feed them to the goblin 10 times.
If people acquire better equipment and hero's they are less vulnerable to assault beside the equipment will also power up their hero's making them more useful in wars, and in the yearly tournament.

No advantage Demi power dedication

I raced to the end of Azeron to see if anything specific or special would happen and the thing that happened. Was I was done in that category. Really it would have been more opportune to seek out some of the other demipowers after you acquire azerons large sword gift. Since this is a game of min maxing. Which means you have to take advantage of your transitions between levels as well to get the most oomph out of your points before you become the next level.

Castle Age Sano Skill strategy.

Get Sano leveled up as soon as possible then have Sano pound out sub quests as soon as possible.
Demi quests are cheapest so it's a good idea to get a good spread of demi points early that way you can do those subquests quickly giving you more punch.
